How is a live build session different from a course?

Short answer

A course gives you information to apply later, alone. In a live build session you bring your own business, build it during the session and get the blocker solved while you work. The outcome is a built thing, not completed lessons.

The difference in practice

Courses tell you what to do. Coaching helps you think through what to do. Two Laptops creates the environment in which you actually do it.

Two people, two laptops, one active build: your laptop holds your business, ours is used to guide, troubleshoot and build alongside you.

How the Build Week is set up

The Build Week runs from 28 October through 3 November 2026: five live two-hour sessions on Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October, Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 November.

Over the weekend you keep working with the Cookbook. No homework for later.

Illustrative example

Illustrative, not a client case.

In a course you watch a lesson on payment links and plan to set one up next week. In a live session you open your own payment provider, create the link, put it on your page and test it before the session ends.

Limitations

  • Live sessions run on fixed dates. If you cannot attend live, a self-paced course may fit better.
  • You still do the work. Nobody builds your business for you in this format.
